Yep, I got banned too. I am really disappointed with this company. I was caught with a month free trial. When I signed up, I couldn't get past the page where you were asked which payment method you would like to choose. I thought it was a free trial for a few months and I had to choose an option after the trial ended. Well... I chose the option and they took the money right away. I couldn't contact ABC Mouse to get a refund... Terrible customer service. We pray for parents who want to test this for the benefit of their children.

Hey. The ABCmouse program offers hundreds of fun and interactive games, all designed for early childhood development. A child can play to learn the alphabet, and new words, learn about numbers and shapes and even learn about the planets. Since all games in abcmouse contain voice instructions, they are easy to learn and play even for small children. The program is also designed to increase the difficulty levels of tasks so that the child is constantly developing and gaining new knowledge.
