The application of stone crusher in stone production line

The stone crushers used in the stone production line include jaw crusher and impact crusher; and combined with vibrating screen and belt conveyer, a large-sized stone plant is designed. The used stone crushing machine refer to the crushing machines that are able to discharge over 50% particles whose granularity is bigger than 3 mm. According to the feeding and discharging granularity, the crushing work can be divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing, and the commonly used sand and stone equipment include stone crusher, impact crusher, jaw crusher, vertical crusher and cone crusher.

A stone crusher is a crushing machine that makes use of the squeezing and bending effect of the two jaw plates on materials to conduct coarse and medium crushing on materials with different hardness. The crushing mechanism is formed by fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates get close, the materials will be crushed; when the two jaw plates move away from each other, the materials will be discharged from the discharging mouth. The crushing work is completed at intervals. This stone crusher is widely used in many industrial departments such as ore beneficiation, building material, silicate and ceramics due to its advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and capacity for crushing hard materials.

Till the 1980s, the feeding granularity of the large-sized stone crusher that is able to crush 800 t of materials per hour has reached about 1800 mm. The common stone crusher has two types: double toggle and single toggle. As for the former, the movable jaw only does simple arc movement in the running process, so that it can also be called simple pendulum stone crusher; as for the latter, the movable jaw also moves up and down while doing arc movement.
