Blue Water Aquaculture is an extensive aquaculture operation that will produce the highest quality walleye and arctic char in the region. The goal is 2 million pounds of walleye per year. Our fish will be farmed intensively in tanks in a reuse system. A premium diet will be used to provide complete nutrition for our fish. This diet will meet stringent guidelines anticipating organic standards which will prohibit the use of animal by-products, hormones, artificial pigments and antibiotics. Since our production is in close proximity to our market, we have the ability to provide consumers with the freshest fish possible.
