You want to sell your jewelry product, I think you have a website, if no so please make your business website and make it online shopping cart and then you can make to promote your business with SMS in your locality. Other option you can make some ad with banner, tv, radio, internet, and some social program in your locality. If you make some offer with your jewelry product then, you can make more client.
