I'm a web designer, and was either going to pay an app developer to make my clients android/iphone app, or since its based on a simple website, see if I can make the app myself with an app maker. My client would really like to be able to send push notifications, though we'd like to avoid any monthly fees with that (he'd probably be sending less than 100 a month). I've googled "free push notifications" and I see there's some options, though was unsure of the best way to go about it. Thank you for any suggestions.
