Hello, I have a friend who is considering a move to Colombia, but isn't sure if he would be able to attain legal residency because he has a felony on his record for domestic violence. I told him I would look into it for him, but haven't been able to find out if there are any restrictions. I know he wouldn't be allowed in Ecuador as a resident. Does anyone know the answer to this question?
