So, I was sitting rather confused thinking to myself, "I just reformatted a three weeks ago, the only time my laptop has been used is at work --"
However, after spending many hours trying to remove this software, I gave up after installing Firefox and the same thing is there.
This laptop is used for work purposes and only has basic software installed: The Add/Remove programs list has 12 items, so the program isn't hidden in there. My Services.msc shows nothing new, MSConfig is clean, and Taskmanager has no new services loaded (searched them all) that could possibly be this application, as they all appear legit.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
