Hello,

 

Any way I can get into this thing? I think it did an update last night & took her through those initial menus so she's entered something & this morning can't remember what she did (or rather is denying all knowledge of it).

 

Never used iCloud & it's never been backed up since it's just kids apps.

 

 

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
