I was playing around with the app PortDroid, and figured out how to use traceroute, and that I could map the route it takes to the destination. After a while, I noticed that thw first two hops are always the same. One in Tennessee, and one in Wisconsin. I'm not connected to any VPN, so I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid or if there's a real concern here.
