Starting a Business for Overseas Education

Hello,

I am currently living in Istanbul, Turkey, and would like to provide a service where I would find music education in Istanbul for English customers. Problem is I have a most of the puzzle pieces but don't know how to put them together.

I have interest from a number of different universities and private music schools around the city who will pay commission to find customers for them. We want to start writing letters of intent to these universities.

From a legal standpoint, I am wondering if I need to apply to company house to start this process and if there are any other processes I need to do?

I have been looking at various company formation services online which provide service addresses and VAT registrations etc. but I am not sure whether I need this to begin with.

I am working with a partner who is Turkish (I am from the UK) so would this mean I have to open a PLC with my partner? We are both planning on moving to the UK in a couple of months so our business would be based in the UK.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Unfortunately, I don't have time for these things. My exams and deadlines are coming and I don't know what to do with it. Of course, I can hire professional assignment writers who will write a coursework and several essays. Maybe only with their help, I will find time to learn everything for my exam

Online learning and training are growing in popularity every day, which is understandable given that there is no need to wait for the teacher to arrive or travel to a physical classroom. The best option I could find is Go here, but it's also crucial to pick the right online school and a teacher who will deliver high-quality lessons. I appreciated their work ethic and the advance-learning-friendly payment terms. It's very practical that way.
