Network Device Configurations are now available in the MyRackspace Portal.  A new feature has been released which allows you to view and download sanitized network configurations for network devices on your account!  You can find them by going to Products -> Devices -> and hovering the mouse over the icon to the left of your load balancer or firewall where you will see some new options.   Please check out the User Guide in the Community section of the MyRackpsace Portal.
