I am 18 years old, recently graduated high school, looking what my options are to obtain a loan ($450,000) with no credit. I have recently received a contract with a company (that my father wor to raise pastured hens so long as I can get financing to buy land and build a barn that meets their standards. The contract has the full business plan and states exactly how much profit should be made each year. It also states the contractor's prices for building the barn. Just wanting to see what my options are, or what I can do to prepare myself for a future loan if it's impossible now.
