If one has established Permanent Residency in Ecuador, does that convey any benefits when traveling/living in Colombia? I can't imagine anything of great substance (such as health care), but maybe driving legally in Colombia with an Ecuadoran License is better than a US or Int. DLicense?? Looking further into future possibilities, does having successfully gone thru the Ecuadoran Pensionado Visa process technically facilitate achieving something comparable in Colombia?
