In my company there are two of us directors, and I have just terminated myself as I no longer wish to have anything to do with the company. I want to do the right thing and give the remaining director my username and password so that he can access the company accounts via the companies house website. I don't trust him at all, would it be possible for him to reappoint me as a direction without my permission or knowledge??
