Well, you can definitely rely on this personal care provider I guess. All American is the best agency that I feel most comfortable with. They provide me with the best services. Their customer service is extraordinary from front desk to back office. I love their new lovely and spacious location. The office is always clean with a friendly staff, especially working with my service coordinator who's truly the best and has given me all the support I need and directs me to the right sources. I highly recommend this agency.

Not in my opinion. As a general rule those facilities are very understaffed. After working in long term care for 23 years I quit to care for my Mother at home the last 5 years of her life so she wouldnt have to be in a facility.

No matter how nice a facility seems to be, your day as a resident, depends on your particular caregiver for that shift. If you have someone good, that's great, if you have someone who is there just to get a paycheck you could lay there for 8 or 12 hours being completely ignored. The uncaring ones know facilities are so desperate for help they can be fired from one place and find another job in literally a day or two.
