If you suspect that your husband is committing a crime using his phone then would suggest speaking to your local police department.

IF you suspect that he is a cheater and you have access to his phone hit redial on the most frequent called numbers especailly at the times when you were suspicious of the converstation. If You dont have access to his phone He keeps it with him (sooner or later he must shower and sleep! if you share the same carrier you may be able to go on billing site and see what numbers are called.
