Well, I guess it's a business analysis. I've been tasked with finding the pain points for a particular group within our sales organization and finding a possible solution for these problems. I've collected the data, and I've got a long term and short term solution. What I don't have is a way to put this down on paper. I'm afraid that if I just write what I think, the document will be too conversational. So, I guess I'm looking for some guidance on how to "sterilize" this report. Also, my solutions are all coming from my head. I don't have any supporting documentation. I'm literally just taking the problems and responding with how I would fix them. Any suggestion?

I don't know, man, maybe it is better to use some outsourcing services? I suppose that it is better to do it by professionals. Or such a solution is not suitable for you?
