I am new to this and looking around for help. I'm a motion graphics artist and editor with a full time position on a local TV station in Texas, but want to venture into production houses. I'm in the middle of negotiating a work opportunity with a production company that says cannot offer me a full time position but are willing to work out a business plan with me . I went through many resources and also checked many Branding Motion Graphics video but did not find any solution.Please help me out.
