We have setup of Remote Desktop web access with RDWA, RDGW, RDCD,RDLA on the same server and RDSH on two different server.After the configuration and creation of collection pool granted the necessary permission to the user group in the pool as well as in RDGW. Issue : After the connecting to web access, only administrator able to login to the app from various client system. Normal users are unable to connect. In RDSH server user group is added and configured in Remote Desktop user group as well as in the local user group in RDSH host.
