I have done "Diploma in engineering" in the year 1999 and since then i did work in may manufacturing companies as an engineer. Now i am working in software field & earning sufficient money. But, i want to shift my career to the accounts & finance field as i have very much interest in that. please guide me in this regards i.e. suitability, jobs availability etc.
