Can someone here in short describe how Project Estimation is done in an Agile Scrum kind of methodology ? I know there are various techniques like Story Points, T-Shirt and Ficonnacidi and stuff like that but it gets too confusing and boring anyone in short can describe here a generalized way of Project Estimation which is simple, not confusing and is easy to understand. The application of product Installation Videos are plenty from simple tools to complex processes can be shown easily.
