Do I need a fumigation certificate?

Hi all,

 

I am importing a container load from outside the EU consisting of decorative items made from stone that have a wooden base. The wooden bases are about 4x4 inches in size and about 1 inch high. Do I need a fumigation certificate for these products?

Please Help.
