I realize the chances of ANY work being done on AF is extremely slim at this point with Cold Waters being your primary focus, but I'm still going to mention something I'd like to see added anyway.
During combat, sometimes our ships will simply explode if already damaged. I understand this is because of previous damage and fire, but there's NO way to tell how long any ship has left or it it'll even explode at all.
I've had battles where, except for a small amount of fire, the ship was fine and then suddenly, without warning on my turn, the entire ship exploded. It was pretty cool to see, but it was also annoying in that I had no idea it was going to explode (or at least nearly that soon).
So what I'm asking for is an addition that basically counts down the time or number of turns until the fire reaches something important and causes a detonation. This would help plan strategy around ships that might not make it through the round.
