Presumably, you used Xsolla/OpenBucks to trade in a gift card for kreds. Assuming you did this, what you describe sounds like what should have happened. Specifically that you gave Xsolla a gift card, and they gave you $10 in kreds. The fact that the gift card was valued at more than $10 for that merchant doesn't make a difference. This is why you can only use the card once (because you are giving that card, and its full ballance) to Xsolla/OpenBucks for the $10 in kreds.
