The Riverside EmComm Group (Riverside ECG) has a weekly communications network or "NET" on the KB6OZX repeater in the City of Riverside. This "Net" is open to all licensed amateur radio operators. The prime discussions are related to operations conducted by City of Riverside CERT members. The purpose of the Net is to provide inter-neighborhood communication capabilities in the event of a catastrophic event. The members of this network are dedicated to providing assistance to their neighbors.
