I had to get my friends laptop totally cleaned as it was not working when using the web and many other operations. I asked a guy in our IT dept to help and everything was working after he finished Except now the wireless button is no longer working after the machine was cleaned. Can someone please help me on how I can get this to work again. It is an old laptop but I feel gutted as I was only offering to help him get it working again...
