Currently we have a system in place to monitor website usage. However we are not able to monitor the productivity of users sending and receiving email. Is anyone aware of a free tool or low cost solutions for monitoring corp. email accounts.
We have about 50 email accounts and currently our email is being hosted by a third party. Most our users use outlook express or outlook.
We do have have a company policy on do's and don't's, but we have no way of monitoring this.
