Installing Liferay DXP on IBM Websphere Application Server

Hello,

 

We have been working on installing Liferay DXP on IBM Websphere Application Server. We did successfully install the Websphere and also configured the Liferay DXP on it. But when we are trying to start the application, we are getting below error. Any pointers on what might be wrong?
