What is the production pipeline approach to working with oversea manufacturer ( e.g. China ). I order some custom made items and when it delivered after the production, we found that about 30% ~ 40% of the item is not up to standard and cant be sold. We have to do our wont QC and pick out the once that can be sold to the consumer. Is there a better workflow that we can adapt that can help to smooth out this process? Do we look for a 3rd party to do the QC or is there a service that handle sorting out the right manufacture for the project and ensuring that the items are up to standard before shipping over to us?
