Where Can I Find a Trusted Babysitter in Cartagena?

Hi, does anyone know how/where to find a very trusted, experienced, legit babysitter in Cartagena if we want to go have dinner out once on our own during our upcoming trip? The hotel has promised some recommendations as has our travel agent, but I have not yet found anyone I'm truly impressed by. I would like a professional nanny/ babysitter with references. (On our last trip - to Barcelona - we found a phenomenal agency that had the most excellent nanny for us but have not found anything like that in Cartagena). Would love any tips!
